Welcome To Fabiano Law Offices

Established in 1954, Fabiano Law Offices was founded to serve personal injury victims.

In 1954 Anthony R. Fabiano started Fabiano Law Office, and for the last 70 years Fabiano Law Offices has been entrusted to help and protect the rights of injured victims. During that time, Fabiano Law Office has been involved in many serious and high-profile cases. As a result of the lawyers’ dedication and tenacity, Fabiano Law Office has been successful in not only achieving significant success for injured victims, but also in forcing large corporations to change their safety policies, as well as modifying Illinois Law to promote and further the rights of injured victims.

We know the most important part of the lawyer/client relationship is that the client can trust the lawyer. That the client can trust the lawyer has integrity; trust the lawyer has the competence and experience to handle the case, and not just because they say so; trust the lawyer will look out only for the client’s best interest, not theirs, or anyone else’s; and trust, that when the lawyer tells you something, good or bad, it is the truth.

This is the standard at Fabiano Law Office.

Thomas Fabiano has been practicing law since 1992, the last 32 years as a partner at Fabiano Law Offices. Thomas started out his law career working for a large and aggressive law firm in Chicago defending personal injury lawsuits. During those years of practice, Thomas tried many cases before juries in Chicago, Skokie, Rolling Meadows, and Bridgeview achieving excellent results. Within a short time of practicing law, Thomas, on several occasions, was asked by the Illinois State Bar Association to speak to lawyers regarding the Supreme Court Rules of Civil Procedure and Trial Strategy. In 1996, Thomas made the decision to return to his roots and his hometown of Rockford, so he could practice law with his father, Anthony R. Fabiano. It was the best decision he could make.

This time, however, Thomas chose to concentrate his practice to helping persons who were seriously injured due to someone’s negligence or wrongful conduct. Thomas has tried more than 50 jury trials, including wrongful death cases, traumatic brain injury cases, orthopedic injuries, disfigurement cases, ear injuries, injuries from animal attacks, as well as a variety of other injuries. On many occasions, the jury awarded Thomas's client more than what the insurance company or corporation offered, and even more than what Tom had requested before trial. In addition to his trial experience, Thomas, himself, has successfully resolved thousands of cases, including brain injury cases, amputation cases, and death cases as a result of automobile collisions, semi-tractor crashes, carbon monoxide poisoning, structural fires, premise liability cases, Nursing Home negligence and product liability cases. His tenacity, dedication, deliberate and very well-prepared approach to representing his clients has resulted in large corporations changing their safety policies as well as modifying Illinois Law. He frequently serves as local counsel for out of state lawyers and is asked to work on cases with other lawyers. Thomas understands that a person's life and family can be greatly disrupted because of a loved one suffering serious injuries and so he approaches each case as if it is his only case; and he is always available to respond to a client questions or concerns.

Thomas knows the most important part of the lawyer/client relationship is that the client can trust the lawyer. Trust that the lawyer has the integrity and competence to handle the case, and trust that the lawyer will look out only for the client’s best interest, not theirs, or anyone else’s. Thomas prides himself in the fact that his clients tell him they came to him because they knew they could trust him. Thomas’ greatest pleasure is in developing relationships with his clients and playing a role in not only achieving an excellent outcome, but in knowing he helped restore their client’s life as best as the circumstances would allow.

Thomas has been married for 27 years to Seema Fabiano, a second-grade school teacher, and together they have four children: Jamie, Maya, Olivia, and Sophia.

A Message from Thomas Fabiano

"For the past 32 years, I personally have dedicated myself to that standard. When a client tells me that he or she called because they can trust us, it is a sobering reminder of a lawyer’s responsibility toward a client.

Needing an attorney can be overwhelming, but whomever you choose to represent you, you must be certain you can:

Trust their integrity

Trust they have the competence and experience to handle your case, and not just because they say so.

Trust they will only look for your best interest, not theirs, or anyone else’s.

And trust, that when they tell you something, good or bad, it is the truth.

If you are an injured victim because of someone else’s fault, and you want an experienced, competent opinion about your injury case that you can trust, call our office for a free discussion."

Signed,

Thomas Fabiano
